Day 27-Monday

Ok so again, I'm a day late posting this. Not a big deal :)

So this weekend was a whirlwind of parties and people visiting. Now that all guests have left, it's time to decompress.....and clean the house. I told myself that come hell or high water I WOULD be taking pictures of the kids for Christmas cards TODAY. So got the kids all dressed and headed out. We ended up going to Dunbar Cave Park. Interesting place. They weren't open for Cave excursions...good thing, but you could still get to the mouth of the cave. So that is where we took pictures. A was in a bit of a mood. He has gotten into the habit of doing the CHEESE smile and it looks quite frightening. He said the photographer at school told him to smile like that. UGH my biggest pet peeve when taking pictures. E and B did fairly well. I think I got some useable images, but not sure if they are THE picture for the cards. I will try again here at home in the garage.

We come home and there is a SpongeBob Marathon on.....a countdown to Sponge Bob SquarePants....ATLANTIS SQUAREPANTIS :)

E takes her bath, and its HAIR WASHING NIGHT......eeeek. Somehow she ended up with a horrendous knot and we proceeded to comb while we watched SBSP.

Kids were in bed when SBSP was over. I go to check on the boys....and A, still in a mood, decided to put some toys around B's head while he slept. A pair of shoes, not just ONE shoe, but the pair, a huge Optimus Prime toy, a Piggy Bank, some blocks and a blanket over everything. Seriously WTF was that kid thinking. OY.

Let's hope this week goes better than Monday was.
