Yes it is FRIDAY night...

Day 46
Today we woke up and it was COLD. Frigiddy freezing cold. A nice 31* with wind chill. Needless to say I drove the kids to school this morning. So, get them to school, and I head off to Target. I got a dvd that had 4 movies on it (Never Ending Story, The Secret Garden, The Witches, and 5 Kids and It) all for 8.99. Not too shabby, as I would've paid the same price for The Witches or The Never Ending Story. Got two new shirts for me, and some new Burt's Bees Chaptstick, as B decided to play with my other tube while driving back home on Sunday. He smeared it all over his mouth, and then decided his calves were in desperate need of peppermint oil, lanolin, sunflower oil and 1/4 of a tube of BB's. Nice eh? At least he smelled good. Oh yea, and I got some Inside Out Junior Mints. They have a white coating on the outside, with a dark chocolate mint on the inside. Yummy. After Target, I went to Starbucks to get my hot chocolate as always. Came home, and started to read a book I had bought the other day. It's a new one by Nora Roberts. I didn't read much as it was almost time to pick the boys up. Got them, came home, did lunch, and put Cars on the TV for B to watch. That stayed on ALL DAY LONG until bedtime. Lighting McQueen.......I want to kill you. ACK. No nap for B, which was good because he went to bed at 8pm with no problems or complaining...his brother on the other hand pitched a ROYAL FIT that would've made Verruca Salt proud of. Ugh. Just go to sleep kid. That's why you're all whinging and screaming for. Because you ARE tired. So the Lady (aka NANA) came to town this weekend. We sat in the living room and listened to A talk himself to sleep...which took about 10 minutes. Then E fell asleep on a palette on her bedroom floor. Now I'm sitting here eating chocolate chip cookies-really wanting a glass of milk to go with them, but damn I'm lazy and don't want to get up. Besides, I'm warm sitting here.
