School is winding down for the kids. I had a PT Conference with A's teacher. Apparently he "asks increasingly complex questions to further his knowledge" Hmm, is that a nice way of saying he's nosey? Overall he did very well. The only problem he had was trying to negotiate his punishment when he got in trouble. Oh well.

E had field day yesterday and got some ribbons. She did pretty good. She also got a medal for Caldecott readers. Just awaiting the report card tomorrow, which I'm sure will having glowing reviews.

I've been busy around here doing laundry like its no body's business. Trying to pack clothes for 5 people. Trying to get some last minute picture orders in and still dealing with the turds...um yea i mean kids.

I'm going to be watching American Idol tonight to see who is the winner. I'm def. a David Cook fan. Mr Archuletta is just too sappy with all his ballads.

I also have two Netflixes to watch. Can't remember what came in, but should be a good night.

Other than that, not much going on these days. The dog days of summer are just around the corner. I'm going to embrace it with Fudgesicles, dirty knees, perpetual wearing of bathing suits, lemonade stands and the ever present red kool-aid moustache.
