222-229...with an added Happy Anniversary in there too

So, Ive been MIA for a few days. I had a wonderful whirlwind trip to Seattle this past weekend (well Friday-Monday) I feel as if i ate all weekend long, which really, I did. I went with my friend Ads and met up with my cousin Patrick (who came up from Oregon) We went to Folk Life Festival, Pike's Place Market, the Seattle Library (which is really cool as it has one floor that is completely RED. Red ceilings, floors and walls. ALL RED. Then out to eat with my in-laws, and dessert at Cheese Cake Factory. Sunday was a baby shower for my Sister-in-law at the Queen Mary Tea Room. Very fancy schmancy. The nibbler food was delicious, the tea was yummy and the company was good. Sunday we also went up to Boeing, to do the factory tour where we got to see BIG planes being made. We also went to see Indiana Jones. We had the option to see Indiana Moans, and the Temple of Poon, but decided to pass on the Lusty Lady cinema :)

Tuesday i rested up and packed my clothes for the upcoming beach week. Wednesday I drove and drove until i was reunited with my children, who really, didn't look all that thrilled to see me (well two of them did) one was playing on the computer and finally decided to make his presence known when he wanted food. Boys.

So here I am today. it's a nasty day out. Not rainy, not sunny, miserably muggy and hot. Yuck.
Hopefully the weather will be nicer tomorrow and they can go swimming (plus i need a little color before we head to the beach)
